On receiving payment, and clearance of cheques, goods will be sent by registered mail or Royal Mail Parcel force International, there is no additional charge for shipping.

International buyers please note, you are responsible for any import tax or customs duty that may be charged.
Goods purchased via Paypal can only be sent to the address registered with Paypal (there are NO exceptions)

Guarantee Terms
The watches are all guaranteed for the time stated in the description page, in most cases, unless otherwise stated it is one year.

Limitations of Guarantee
All watches have been serviced and tested, and will be tested again before they are shipped, and should keep good time, but we will not guarantee water proofing, or physical damage, and please note balance wheels/staffs, and hair springs do not bend or break themselves. Any claims under the guarantee should be returned by registered post with a note of the problem , and if possible advise of the return via email or FAX 

If you are unhappy with your purchase you may return it within seven days, by registered post, (and please keep proof of posting) for A refund, providing that it comes back in the condition that you received it.
